Finished Mo 11/2/26 This was one of the books that I got after Janny's passing. This was one of her favorite authors, and I agree.
This is the story of a marriage breakup through the eyes of two sisters, ages 12 and 13. Their mom is the star of the show, but we never learn of the real reasons until the sisters and their mother meet thirty five years later. I totally enjoyed the writing and the storyline.

During the flight, Ginny reflects back on the pivotal summer she turned 12 years old, trying to re-evaluate her childhood memories through an adult lens."
I want to read more by Elizabeth Berg and I might even ask Joe if I can take a few more of her novels from Janny's collection. I wonder if Whitney & Melissa have read any of Berg's books?
